Action Trades and Apprenticeships exists to provide structured support, employment, and training opportunities for individuals experiencing disadvantage, including youth, long-term unemployed persons, Indigenous Australians, individuals with disabilities, and those from low socioeconomic backgrounds. Through direct employment and structured training, we aim to: - Relieve poverty and unemployment, particularly among youth and disadvantaged groups. - Provide retraining and pathways for adults whose employment has been displaced by technological change. - Advance education and skills development in trades that support both regional and metropolitan Queensland.
